SNIP Moultrie Application for Anne’s Fund

Thank you for your interest in our Spay/Neuter Incentive Program(SNIP). Spaying and neutering prevents unwanted litters that contribute to the problem of pet overpopulation in our community.

This year-round program is made possible by a partnership between the Moultrie Colquitt County Humane Society, Valdosta Humane Society, and Paws First Mobile Vet. MCCHS is only responsible for collecting payment, verifying eligibility of applicants, and scheduling appointments. The Anne’s Fund program is limited to Colquitt County residents ONLY , for dogs.

Female dogs price includes but is not limited to: spay, rabies vaccine, pain meds, and an e-collar. $70

Male dogs price includes but is not limited to: neuter, rabies vaccine, pain meds, and an e-collar. $62.50

We do offer cat spay and neuter for non-residents. Cat services include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip, FVRCP vaccine. The cost is $35
